Cafe Bicyclette Stage at La Cite Francophone
8627 Rue Marie-Anne Gaboury 91e Rue, Edmonton, AB T6C 3N1
Our temporary 160-seat theatre is set up and torn down in the La Cite banquet hall every year for the festival by the French Quarter Hub team. We create a smart deck stage and riser configuration with pipe and drape masking and both LED and conventional fixtures on portable dimmer packs. Much of this inventory is borrowed from the SERVUS Theatre.
FQH rents an analog 12 channel mixer for this space, but artists are encouraged to bring their own console if their show has more complicated audio needs.
FQH provides an ETC Nomad and laptop for this venue.
This venue does not include a projector, but artists are welcome to bring their own.
This stage is sponsored by the cafe in La Cite, securing a discount on food for FQH staff and artists.
